WHAT IS A 510 VAPE PEN?
510 Thread carts are the industry standard for vapes. They got their name because the battery has 10 threads alongs the surface that are approximately 0.5mm long. The two main features are a cartridge that houses oil or concentrates, and a power source (battery) that heats the cartridge and produces vapor. Vape pens were first mass-produced for the e-cigarette market, and have been recently re-engineered and designed specifically for high viscosity extracts.

Contrary to 510 Thread, pods are are a new class of ultra-portable, advanced cannabis vaporizers. The pod and battery combine to make a very simple 2 part system. Instead of using threaded vape cartridges (or tanks), traditionally used by most vape pens and batteries, this new class of vaporizer uses proprietary pod refills.
