Pro Tips & Care

When you take strong and hard hits, the center post of the pod can have oil build up in the chamber. This results with blow back,
when oil left in the chamber comes out the mouthpiece and directly into the mouth. To prevent this from happening, perform short and smooth hits.

When your flo pod system is exposed to extreme heat temperatures, it is possible that your pod will leak. Also to prevent clogging try to avoid extreme cold temperatures. Always store your device in a cool, dry environment.

You must let your device saturate to reduce the possibility of a dry hit. The general rule is to wait 15 to 30 seconds before puffing again. For people who are trying to quit smoking, 30 seconds can be a long wait. In this case, you can buy e-juice with a higher nicotine level.

Operating Your System

When using:  White = in use

Flash 2x = Over inhaled

Flash 10x = Out of battery

When charging: White = Charging

Flash 20x = Fully Charged

For longer duration of of use, there are two modes provided by FLO: normal and power saving mode, which will be activated when the battery capacity gets down to 30%.

Troubleshooting Your Flo Pod

Sometimes all it takes to unclog your unit is to gently blow into the mouthpiece. Be careful not to blow too hard, you do not want to mess any of the internals up with your huff and puff. Do this 3-5 times to see if that helps move what is causing the clog. If you see anything through the mouthpiece that could be causing the clog, try removing it with a toothpick or paperclip. If this tactic doesn’t work, let’s try the next step!

Next up we have heat. Heat will be your best friend when it comes to owning a thicker distillate product. If the above step didn’t help clear the pathway, heat will surely do the trick. Grab a hairdryer, hold the unit in an upright position, and heat the oil up for 3-5 minutes until it becomes slightly runny. This will help clear any hardened distillate from the wrong places. After heating for a few minutes, let the mouthpiece cool and then give it a try! This should fix your issue. If you are part of the 5% that is still having issues, contact us here and we will try and help.
